Turn Around Time

We aim to ship in-stock items same-day or next-day where possible. Items shipped on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Orders placed on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. Contact us for lead times before placing orders on back ordered or out of stock products to avoid disappointment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm your items are on the way, this will include a tracking code.

High Demand Products & Made to Order Items

Some items are made to order, such as silencers or collectors, in these instances, contact us receive an estimated shipping date before ordering. 

Important: If you require your part for a specific date then please contact us before purchasing, we will give you an estimated delivery date to ensure your part will arrive in time.


We currently ship exclusively with UPS, worldwide. 

Shipping Rates

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping, shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

Back Orders

If any of the items you order are on back order, your order will not be processed until the full order is ready to ship. If you’d like us to ship what we have, with the back ordered items to follow, please let us know in a note at the checkout and we will forward an invoice for the additional shipping. 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if your not happy with your purchase. You will need to return your item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to via your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Orders paid via BACS can only be issued with store credit, we can’t process BACS payment refunds via BACS

Its not possible to cancel any items marked as ‘pre-order’, unless the quoted delivery time is exceeded.

Order cancellations incur a 5% fee, deducted Fromm your refund, this is to cover lost PayPal fees.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and a 15% restocking fee on non-faulty goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
